Snoop Dogg as president and Martha Stewart as vice president?

Instead of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris we had Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart.

This was a random shower thought I had last night while I was taking a much needed shower after work. Gin and Juice by Snoop Dogg was playing on my playlist from my phone and I thought to myself, "instead of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris we had Snoop Dogg as president while Martha Stewart was our vice president".

I don't know who that lady is.

But I am sure Snoop Dogg would be a great politician. One can see he really knows how politics work by his comments about 2012 presidential elections, where he endorses Obama and his reasons were because:
- "He's BFFs with Jay-Z"
- "Michelle got a fat ass"

And a third reason I wouldn't list here, because some moderators would become too excited and ban me, even though it would only be a quote.

My first thought it that it's hard to see how that would be worse, but I really don't see Putin or Kim agreeing to a summit meeting and getting stoned enough to start talking about settling our problems WITHOUT the constant threat of nuclear annihilation. Don't get me wrong, it'd be great if they WOULD, but I suspect they'd just see a laid-back leader who's not driven by promulgation of power and ideology, and assume he's weak as a result.

You know... the 2016 elections made me think that we should have some kind of basic fitness requirement (nothing extreme; you just need to be able to do a few laps around the White House grounds unassisted), but maybe we should have a blood pressure requirement instead; you need to be mellow enough to not go nuts at the slightest provocation. If we could somehow implement that worldwide, the planet would be a MUCH more pleasant place to live.

No, I'm tired of people skilled only in putting on a show being elected into power. We need people who can do the damn job, and for all the noise right wing media blasts at us because they want republicans back in power, Biden is actually pretty much nailing it. Or put another way, if Trump had 10% of Bidens accomplishments, both democrats and Republicans alike would be rushing to the polls this Tuesday to vote only for congressional candidates that vowed to eliminate the two-term limit for presidents, so Trump could have a third term in 2024. Although, that hypothetical presupposes Trump didn't screw everything up in the first place, as the majority of what Biden has done involves repairing a LOT of the disasters Trump left behind..
