Regardless of who does best, I predict a smugness overload and a week of childish gloating accompanied by accusations of foul play.

The right had a fair amount of wins, but also many losses where they had predicted easy wins. We ended up suffering an attack on our capitol, our leaders, and our democracy when the right was unhappy with the results of the general election in 1920, and that attack was led by the president who was losing. We are still suffering from that attack. And already many of those on the right who expected wins but are currently losing have begun the rhetoric of an upcoming attack on the left and they are again lying, saying the election was rigged. They said that last time also, but were proven wrong. Even the courts, which had been stacked by Trump and Cronies agreed that Biden had won. Now those players are saying that they will not accept the results and will be even stronger in denying the wins on the left. The experts are expecting more violence by the right due to this election.

No gloating, just expecting the worst.

Usually only the left gloats and acts smug, to be honest. If the right wins (they rarely win, nowadays), it's more so laughing and mockery than gloating. Not that I have a problem with that if it's kept to a minimum.

But it's not like other countries don't do this, too. Or did you think I forgot about those blonde Euro-b*tches you guys elected? Liz Truss ("Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, 2022–2022") and the Italian chick, Meloni-bologna-what's-her-face. Americans know that Europe's whole thing is being just as big of jackasses as Americans are in politics, but then acting like they're not and as if they're more "dignified" and respectful than the US is. They're not.

But, to answer your question, no, I am not looking forward to it. I just want to get my coffee and not have to deal with it.

You love America, and that makes me like you, you know you could just travel to Cancun, MX, get a bus ticket to the Border and cross for free, while Biden is still In office and have all the time in the world to do immigrant paper work to become a citizen. You will also get free housing, free healthcare, free money to do a lot and even the DMV will give you a driver's license, from there you're rolling, Welcome to America.

But you gotta do it while Biden is still in office & even if he's not and you still can slack off on doing your citizen's paper work. Just make sure your living in a sanctuary city, where ICE can't operate in.

Nope, because career politicians and a system created to cause constant division for the sake of people in our government easily covering up the corruption in our government, will still be in place. So I refuse to to celebrate or gloat about victories that do nothing to fix the real issues. Whats the point of celebrating swatting one red or blue wasp when you are dealing with a massive hive full of both?

Democratic candidates generally don't gloat outside of their victory speeches. The Georgia elections will probably end in a run off. Any election deniers who lost by less than 5% will probably claim fraud, demand recounts, and launch cases that were as valid as Donald Trump's.
