To some degree, yea. Dancing can kinda be with most people although depending on the character and of the dance moves of the guy will determine whether he'll dance only with those he finds attractive. What you have to remember is that the guy could be watched by the ones he's interested in, which possibly won't bode well if he's seen grinding with three others girls as well. Most guys grind on girls that they are looking to score with.

Not always. Some friends of mine who go clubbing will grind with each other even though they're all either in relationships with other people or simply not interested in a relationship with each other.
