put cameras on ur residence. have a camera that's easy access on ur phone or a go-pro so you can record anything quickly. report everything u see him doing because why else would he be near you if he wasn't stalking you? report him to any security there might be at ur work. let friends and family know what is going on and give them updates. arm urself as much as ur willing but make sure ur legal. practice. rub through contingencies in ur head, scenarios, what ifs, and have a plan for every instance u can think about. do u have any friends that can watch ur back? ant big scary friends that might make this guy reconsider the consequences of his actions?

Get a restraining order against them, or keep calling 911 when you feel threatened. That sets a string of repeat times of you feeling unsafe due to this person. If they try anything or you reasonably feel in imminent danger, shoot to kill.
