Gen X - thoughts on working with younger generations?

What has been your experience with Millennials and Gen Z as they've entered the workforce?

Positive. Not at all what you hear about them. Where I work all the dogfuckers are middle-aged and the young ones work hard.

How old is the youngest on staff?

Oh I'm middle-aged but I work hard. But some of the other ones my age have this laissez-faire work ethic just because they've been there awhile. The youngest is 21 and he works his balls off.

Trying and difficult spoiled.

just turned 29. I am landlord and the 21- 30 are spoiled brats... in everything. And I see about 20 a day. plus emails.

I appreciate your feedback. It's not what I would have expected. But I'm curious about Gen X's point of view specifically.
