I was reading a post on Facebook, it was a video of a grandmother, mother and daughter dancing and everyone was commenting on how young the mum and gran were, until a few posts commented that gran had the mother at 12, the mother had her daughter at 12 and a few posts made by women were saying they had babies at 12... a 12 year old isn't responsible enough to have babies and far to young, which made me think, who were the males getting little girls pregnant? Were they older? So paeodophiles then abusing little preteens... I didn't see black women, I saw abused kids who didn't kno how to break the cycle.. The abortion rates are higher was because they were kids themselves and were abused?

Because of the abysmally bad sexual education in USA meaning that rather than employing simple and cheap contraception they are either not aware or not careful enough and instead have to go through the much more complicated process of an abortion later. There is also the monetary issue where poverty has become so bad in USA that purchasing condoms and pills might be the difference between eating or not that month which means more women take a stupid risk or rely on stupid "alternative methods" like the pull out and thinking it works fine.

Either way, it is good that they had a final safety net but USA really needs to get its act back together and provide both comprehensive sexual education and free access to condoms and pills to avoid having women go as far as to need an abortion.

Black women struggle more financially, the potential father of the kid often disappears and most of the time they already have 1 or 2 kids and can't afford to have another one so they decide to get an abortion.
