He’s doing something that’s actually within his power to influence. Same thing with his attempt at reducing student debt or capping insulin cost through Medicare. Presidents have absolutely no control over pricing in a free market system. That goes for food, fuel, housing and basically any commodity that isn’t directly regulated by the government.
