Trump never said that. He plans on running on an America First platform and will campaign tirelessly attracting thousands to each rally. The difference this time will be that he is putting together an organization that will leverage the new reality in voting. Ballot harvesting, mail in ballots , early and late voting, same day registration and all the other things that got Biden elected in 2020.

Democrats on the other hand say that Biden will not campaign and they will send surrogates to campaign for him because they do not want the public to see what a mush brain he is.
