Awesome song. Thanks for sharing. You seriously would have to have the IQ of a fruit fly to think Biden won without cheating. The guy can't speak or read. He's doing his best to destroy the country, and the left LOVES that. Even Obama said that Biden is a moron.
Thanks for the MHO
While I agree with you, I suggest you wade clear of politics. Just go and enjoy being a kid!
Nice song, but a bit irresponsible.
There's no "depends" about it. For the same reason yelling "Fire!" in a crowded movie theater is not "free speech" protected under the First Amendment.
To me, this is acceptable free speech, but it also could be taken by some to be a bit incendiary and interpreted by some as a reinforcement of what they falsely believe and incite them to take action. This is why it is irresponsible.
Furthermore, the reality is that the song will change nothing. So the only thing that it accomplishes is just put fuel on a fire that should have died out.

This is a decent easy article to teach you a bit about the limitations of "freedom of speech" in the USA.

Again, Natasha Owens has the right to say/sing what she does, but I am saying it is irresponsible to do so because of its potential to incite violence from those who don't have a grip on their emotions... or reality. She's smart enough to know though that it's a career booster because rural America is mostly country music and Trumpsters, so she's just catering to her market.
The song will not change the outcome because the facts will not change the outcome. Whether you yell fire, water, or March Madness and whether the theater is crowded or 10% full makes absolutely zero difference because yelling which is disturbing a performance is not free speech. In modern theaters, that is the only possible reason.
It doesn't work that way.
For a crime to occur, you need two components:
Actus Reus - this means that the act is wrongful.
Mens Rea - this means having a wrongful mind - an intent to commit wrong.
How people react in a theater, modern or not, to someone yelling "Fire!" or "Bomb!" or whatever is irrelevant.
What is relevant is the person doing it knowing that what is said with the intent to cause harm (in this case, injury from a panicked crowd rushing to the exits.
I asked Google Bard to explain this:
https://bard.google.com/
What are the constituent elements of a crime?
The constituent elements of a crime are:
* Actus reus: A wrongful act or omission.
* Mens rea: A guilty mind or state of mind.
Actus reus is the physical element of the crime, while mens rea is the mental element. Both elements must be present for a crime to be committed.
Actus reus can be any kind of voluntary human behavior, including acts of commission (doing something) and acts of omission (not doing something). It can also include the result of a person's actions, such as the death of a victim.
Mens rea is the state of mind of the person committing the crime. It can be expressed as intent, knowledge, recklessness, or negligence. Intent is the desire to commit the crime, while knowledge is the awareness that the act is wrong. Recklessness is the taking of an unreasonable risk, while negligence is the failure to take reasonable care.
Now, I want to be clear: I don't think this song by Natasha Owens is criminal.
But, such a song - which is not normal protest - is a tad reckless by fostering a lie that has already killed several people and, thus far, has sent a good number of people to prison for years including one young woman today sentenced to 3 years.

SUBTITLE: Prosecutors said that Riley June Williams, 24, had acted as an “accelerant” in the Capitol attack, leading those around her past police lines and into the speaker’s office.

WASHINGTON — A Pennsylvania woman who steered a group of rioters toward Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office on Jan. 6, 2021, and directed others inside the Capitol to steal a laptop computer was sentenced in Federal District Court in Washington on Thursday to three years in prison.
The woman, Riley June Williams, 24, was convicted in November of several charges including felony civil disorder and impeding officers trying to defend the Capitol Rotunda. ...
Prosecutors reiterated their view on Thursday that Ms. Williams had acted as an “accelerant” at the Capitol attack by marshaling those around her to form a “human battering ram,” pushing through police lines and ultimately forcing their way into the House speaker’s office.
They said that Ms. Williams, who was 22 at the time, had become “obsessed” with the far-right activist Nick Fuentes and the Groyper Army, a white nationalist organization that was a vocal proponent of the false claim that Donald J. Trump won the 2020 election.

So this gullible young woman's life is effectively ruined all because of a lie told and reinforced by others which she accepted as truth.
