Why are conservatives attacking Joe Biden for his poor health when the majority of the republican party are bitter old white guys?

While it may seem that way, a quick research actually brought up that the democratic party is older on average in senate as well as the house. Yes this surprised me as well, but I am not living there. On the other hand the parties are not only one thing if you have only two of them. SO maybe the conservatives are older and the right wingers are younger?

Conservatives aren't targeting his health to be bullies. Democrats and Republicans alike are recognizing that his mental well-being is deteriorating, and he has demonstrated himself to be unsuitable for leadership.

Because he is the President of the United States and needs to have his mind at 100%. He does not have all of his faculties.
