Murderous thoughts to the next anti-social thoughts even if they wouldn't act upon it but also could. The biggest lie of them all is someone saying I don't lie, the runner up is them saying I don't have any disturbing thoughts.
Society is built for those to hide their true self's because the truth is we are all selfish and will have thoughts of things we aren't meant to according to laws we live in to keep us protected.
