She misappropriated white culture by dyeing her hair blonde. Hitler intended Germany to become blonde. Eugène Schueller, (A WHITE MAN) the founder of L'Oréal, is recognized for creating the first synthetic hair dye in 1907 which proves it stems from white colonialism. Blonde hair in particular was also intended to appeal to the ideal of male attraction, i. e. she's appealing to the MALE GAZE. By appropriating blonde hair, she's appealing to whiteness which is actually racist against her own people.
