Did she delete her Facebook or is FB just messing up?

k, I've been getting close with my friend and like last night I wanted to post something on her wall but like when I typed her name in the search bar, it was gone

Looked in my friends lists and she was gone. Looked in a friend's and she was gone from there too.

Thoguht she defriended me for some reason but when I got a message from someone, I noticed that from a thing she sent me, that her name was just bold text and like er pic was the default FB thing

Thought she deleted it but like her profile is showing up in the search box now but like when I click on it, nothing happens.

Is FB messing up or something?

I think FB has a few ways that you can remove yourself.

I have a few friends that always delete themselves and then come back.

I think you can permanently delete or suspend your account.

People will still show up in the search, and sometimes their profile picture will show, sometimes not. Sometimes you can view info and other details on their profile, sometimes nothing at all.

So she deleted it?

Its just weird cause it keeps on popping up in the search and then going away

Maybe she blocked you. That wouldn't explain why you can't click on it now though. Do you have any other way of getting ahold of her other than FB? Just ask her if her FB is acting funny or if she deleted it or something.

I don't see why she'd block me though

And like she isn't appearing on my friends pages either...

If she isn't showing up on your friends list one of two things happened, she's either not your "friend" anymore or she blocked you. If she didn't block you (which it doesn't sound like there would be any reason for her to) and if she didn't unfriend you, it may be a FB glitch. I know a few weeks ago some people just randomly got deleted off my friends list.

and like just a little bit ago, she showed up in search bar like normal but wasn't like on anybody's friend list or anything and clicking her name didn't do anything?

I'm not sure what to tell you. She may have deleted her FB but if she's still showing up in the search, it's probably some sort of glitch. If she says she didn't do anything to her page, contact FB or give a little while and see if they get it fixed.

This is weird cause she isn't replying to texts either even though we text all the time and we had a long convo a few days ago

Maybe she's busy and can't text back right now or maybe she doesn't have her phone with her or maybe her battery is dead or maybe a million other possibilities. Relax dude. Maybe your being too overbearing and you are chasing her off.

no, she probably deleted her Facebook. also possible that she blocked you, but sounds like that's not likely.

But then why does her profile start showing up again in search with like her profile pic and everything?

you can delete your account then reactivate it and everything stays the same.

On a de-activated account, sometimes it takes a bit of time for it to clear out of all the indexes, like the search index. If you can find a comment that she and only she "liked", put your mouse over it to see "who liked it". If it says "no one liked this", then it's likely a de-activated acct.

Well she wasn't ever on so I don't know of anything she liked but like, on my profile, it shows comments I've posted on other people's walls, all of hers' are gone
