You are absolutely right that back in the day "kissing babies" was something specifically associated with campaigning for politicians. But even then, they did not behave the way Biden does with these children. There is something seriously disturbing about his behavior around children and if he says and does these things in public one can only imagine what he is doing in private that makes him feel like it is acceptable to do.

Yes, you can see that baby is terrified. It's really disturbing. What kind of sick person would scare a baby like that? And it isn't even someone he knows, but a complete stranger. I can see playfully teasing your own kids like that since they know you and can tell you won't hurt them. But a baby he doesn't even know? That is just unacceptable and scary.
