Every time a Dem wins an election, it's rigged. Every time a Repub wins, it's democracy at work and the will of the people. When a Dem loses an election, they concede gracefully. When a Repub loses, they scream fraud, rigged, lawsuit, even if it's a huge loss. This is fact, not theory.

According to PEW Research, 40% of US voters lean right, while 45% lean left. This easily explains why Republicans have lost the last 6 out 7 popular votes in the Presidential election where gerrymandering doesn't matter like it does in state and local elections.

They were sued for doing so by their own constituents after the 2016 election. This was in regards to the primaries in which popular support was overwhelmingly in favor of Sanders.
The DNC conceded that it cheated, but it won the case because they claimed that it is a corporation and had no obligation to voters or donors.

It is obvious, based on ton of physical evidence that they cheated in the 2020 presidential election. Plus, there is no way that Biden gained such a miraculous last minute surge in votes when he barely campaigned and had very little attendance when he did make public appearances.

I mean.. gerrymandering is a thing and I personally consider that cheating but by the same token, the Conservatives does it more so you can't blame the Democrats for winning by cheating since their cheating is objectively not as egregious and effective as the Republicans which means the Democrats would have won anyways.
