Do you compare yourselves sometimes? Do you wish you are like them

If you keep comparing your self to others you’ll never be at peace. Instead of comparing yourself to others, maybe compare your present self to your past self. Like compare who you are today to who you were yesterday or a year ago.

Sometimes, but then again, I negotiated my pay to be higher. So I assume they did the same but more consistently.

I also work with a lot of more experienced and older folks, so it's kinda expected they'd earn more than me.

Nope I am happy with my job and won't leave it even if I am offered a much higher paid job
So obviously no jealousy!!

I prefer you stop comparing yourself to others and focus on yourself. But if there's another way, I would tell the boss or someone I trust to help me solve my issue.
