The House will impeach him (indict in legalese) but the senate is unlikely to convict. But a lot of evidence will flow and get into the news cycle, which will further diminish Biden's approval rating. Everybody knew Trump's impeachment were fraudulent.

With Biden's mind fading like the sunset, I think The Swamp is finalizing details to remove him from office; not from impeachment but by getting him to resign. Since the left are Spectre or The High Table, they will not hold back to remove him. They will make him a offer, or as my Godfather Vito said: An offer he can't refuse. They need him out because his popularity will soon be in the 20's andhe has worn out his welcome.
