How to get a large loan with bad credit?

Question

How do you get a 15k loan if you’re both on Disability, can’t work more, don’t make enough to save anything, and have bad credit? My bank won’t help. But my boyfriend and I have been wanting a hot tub for over several years and just don’t see how it’s possible, feels like a losing battle. We are getting older now and I feel like other people eventually get all these nice things, but I just don’t see it happening for us ever. Any ideas?

We have a hot tub and I have never used. Hubby used a few times…it’s a money drain… electricity to run it, chemicals and water keep running.
save $100-$200. And treat yourselves to some nice hot spring spas…with hot pools… much more enjoyable than having to clean and maintain the hot tub.

loans…never let someone get you into taking a loan out…. Unless you want to buy a small apt. and can pay off within 10-15 years.

when we have loans, we become their slaves.

not sure where you are and if you can get side jobs that pays you cash. (Dog walking etc…)

No one else is really giving a good answer my answer included won’t be the best but don’t get a loan instead think of something you good at or something in demand and start selling it online preferably digitally then you don’t have to ship stuff and you can continue to do that with some decent marketing a little effort becoming self made won’t be hard

In life there are WANTS & there are NEEDS & unfortunately in your situation buying at hot tub is a WANT & not a NEED so if you WANT a hot tub you NEED to save up for it.

Loans are a bunch of bullshit & in your case DON’T DO IT & if you do find a lender that is crazy enough to give you a loan you’ll be paying more than the hot tub is worth.

Mortgage Rates are at a 14 year high & Personal Loan Rates are insane.

Buy Two Garbage Cans & fill them with hot water instead.

You want to go into debt over a hot tub? I wouldn't encourage you to do that. In your current situation loans will only be available to you at an exorbitant rate of interest and when you can't make the repayments they will come after you and your tub.
