Six Democratic are attempting to keep him off the ballot under the farcical claim that Trump would be ineligible to hold federal office again under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a constitutional clause that says a candidate is disqualified if the person "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against" the United States, or had "given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," unless granted amnesty by a two-thirds vote of Congress.

In reality, keeping him off the ballot is an actual act of insurrection against the Constitution. Those Secretaries of State should be removed from office and tried for insurrection.
