Is this real justice?

when courts force companies, for "legal reasons" to print such obvious and inane warnings, is that real justice? is the company really responsible if someone "unexpectedly" ate the wrapper, so failure to warn is negligence? seems too indirect? agree? because unexpected or another reason why? judge is right? why?

but wouldn't a decent judge dismiss it, "case dismissed". it shouldn't be a concern.
