The biggest change is the global people are recognizing the variable power dynamics and disowning the more powerful aggressor that cripples trade and fuel to the war machine. Just playing nice and trading is thousands times more profitable. Only egos of individuals of power stand between worldwide peace. We are getting there.

No never basically because society won’t allow it. We can’t get along with each other. We never could and we never will. Even families can’t get along with out some hate, so how do you expect countries to get along? Not even a one world order is not possible to big for that to happen. Unless there a third world war wiping out one ten of the people and then a forth war wipe out half of the population. So now the world is left with about 1.75 billion people but also left in ashes now they have to rebuild the world. No useful technology left, no internet, no cell towers, no satellite communication. Oh at least no AT&T and google lol

not with the current progression of society. to achieve world peace theoretically at least we would need an extinction level event, world ending event, or similar global scale catastrophe that is out of humanities control. right now humans only have 1 common enemy. each other. they need a different worse common enemy to unite them.
