Asking all Filipinos, why is slander a big part of the Philippines?

If anyone sees a person who is not Filipino and is opening the door at 7/11 trying to raise money Assume negative is the first action, and gossip the negative is the second, why?

those are false accusation you can't accuse any group for your bad experience with some.

My friends who are Filipino told me most Filipinos are bad people. Now I was told by a Filipino that most of Filipinos have 3 personal traits (gossiping negative, trying to stop someone from achieving a goal of they see you are getting close to achieving it, and judging others) now I never said all Filipinos are like this as I know some good people in the Philippines. I do not judge I just go with what I see. Studying human behaviour and communication is what I do. 80% of communication don't lie and tells others how you feel, and think.
