It's definitely a hyperbolic satire on society. As much grandeur, spotlight, even influence gta has on society it is a piece of art mocking life while we the people are responsible to not make life mimicking art as gta shows itself.
With what the video showed. It was all legal stuff people do but that's not gta has ever done. Sure maybe a sprinkle on top to hide shady stuff but a huge deal. If anything in gta game pimps can't keep any girls anymore because they are on onlyfans and are safe at home honestly.
Im betting 100% there will be a tater tot top g joke character. How the game is changing i gpt a bugodi. That's good enough for me.
