I've taken it multiple times over the years since it was first given to us in high school. I go between INTP, INTJ, ENTP, and ENTJ. The I/E and T/J have always been very borderline for me, they are usually like 55/45 or closer. Meanwhile, the NT are pretty solid. It's a pretty good test.
So that leaves me a Logician, Architect, Commander, Debater.
LOGICIAN
I'm very logical, curious, and think about things in depth constantly at a level that would make most people uncomfortable. People used to do word play with my names calling me Curious K****, Lord K****, and K**** the Wise. I was always obsessed with knowledge and understanding things. I would read books 24/7 when awake even while walking. Asked questions about everything. Experimented with everything. I have backup plans for my backup plans. People who don't know me sometimes think I'm insensitive or lack empathy, but I just don't think primitive human nature outweighs facts and logic most of the time. Lots of problem solving and analytical thinking.
The recommended careers involve a lot of engineering, financial analyst, and psychology. I do use things from the second two pretty often, and I get along very well with engineers even though I don't want their jobs. I married into a family of engineers and medical professionals.
It recommends against becoming a teacher due to the strict oversight in the education system now, and that's exactly why I don't teach even though I have a degree in education. There's little room for independent thought as a teacher now.

ARCHITECT
Rational and constantly analyzing everything. Doing things my own way with little care of what others expect. Emotional and prone to ruminating. Rather be right than popular. I'm not the person to come to if you want things sugar coated. Prefer honesty even when it hurts feelings. Imaginative. Educated with evidence based opinions. Determined and unconventional. My opinions on this site reflect that all pretty well.
They say accountant, engineer, architect, chemist, computer analyst, consultant, paralegal, pharmacist, programmer, software developer. I'm not a computer person at all. A lot of the jobs they keep recommending are jobs I prefer in my partners. My clients happen to be architects as well. Maybe because I understand their jobs when they talk about them and their personalities. I very much enjoy learning most of the STEM subjects, but I don't want to work in STEM fields. Work smarter not harder. I definitely do some accounting with my investments and business ventures. I love working with money.
Avoid medical assistant, receptionist, social worker, therapist, and teacher. I don't agree with their logic for not being a teacher. It states lack in skills in interacting with and understanding youth. I've never had that problem. Kids are my forte. People my age have always been the struggle.

COMMANDER
I guess I'm a leader type although I don't prefer it. I've never followed the crowd just because everyone else is. If someone is doing a horrible job leading, I'll just go off on my own and do things the right way whether anyone likes it or not. Never had a problem going up to teachers as a kid and stating I'd rather do a whole assignment on my own than work with slackers who will mess it up, hold me back, or take credit for my work. I do my jobs, and I do them as close to perfect as possible the first time. I take great pride in my work, can be competitive, and hate when people half ass anything. I do my homework too, people have said that I sound like I know what I'm talking about. Usually, I do. If I want something, then nothing will stop me from getting it. I'll hyper focus on it until I have it no matter how long it takes. I do drag everyone close to me along with me if I need to. I've also always been called incredibly persistent. I remember asking if that was a good thing, and people would say that it can be when focused on the right things. They were right. I won't back down from something if I feel it's important. Some people do think I'm pretty harsh and unforgiving, but I don't accept excuses for failure. I'm harder on myself than I am on others. I've been told that I can come across as aloof, harsh, "regal", and disinterested in others if I'm not careful. I am efficient, strong willed, confident, and strategic. As it says, I'm definitely allergic to failure.
The recommend upper management type jobs, more finance, auditors, medical jobs, and more engineering. The finance and running a business are accurate.
It says avoid psychology, art, and writing. I love writing and can't agree with their reasoning on that one.

DEBATERS
Again, not afraid to go against what everyone else is doing. Knowledgeable, curious, and entertaining. I enjoy a good debate for some mental exercise. A debate with another educated person can be eye opening and fun. Sometimes I do play the devil's advocate and argue against my own beliefs to strengthen both my own arguments and those of others who agree with me by finding all of the holes and solid points for both sides of a debate. If someone has a belief with nothing sold to support it, there's a good chance I'm going to poke at it. I can be insensitive and go past people's breaking points in debates. But, they probably should have dropped it once they got to that point and still weren't successfully arguing their side. I truly enjoy a good argument, so it's funny when people think that I'm "set off" or upset when they really are the ones getting worked up. I'm generally just enjoying the show, and at the worst I get annoyed if their argument isn't good or devolves. At that point I'm just poking the bear to observe what they do. Do they reflect internally or fall back on primitive aggression and implode with insecurity and rage? Educational either way. But, debates really do give me insight into how others think, open up my mind to different perspectives, and help me strengthen how I think. It's like playing with puzzles.
They recommend more engineering, sales manager, art, consulting, software developer, editing, and web developer. I could see the last two. I have made my own website before.
They advise against medical jobs, receptionist, or factory worker. Too rigid or mundane. Agreed as a former EMT.

They all kind of hit the head on what issues I have with workplaces. I can't do boring, bad bosses, incompetent coworkers, etc. I have high standards and hate when others don't. So, I just made my own jobs and make good money being my own boss. There's a lot of overlap between these personalities with only a few key differences. All of these personalities are pretty valid for me. Some of the jobs recommended for one group are recommended against for another. Some of them have been interesting to me, but I never picked them. A few groups recommended careers with skills I use to make money, but I'm not in those specific careers either. It's good for steering people in a direction with general ideas of what may fit.
I think I got infp too but I am so different than the other people I know who got that from that test. I am borderline between extrovert and introvert, just slightly more introvert. So while for the most part it is pretty accurate about me it doesn’t account for my extrovert tendencies. (Think I was 51% introvert and the rest extro lol) Where when my brother and friend got it, it was not almost 50/50. Which tracks tbh
MBTI can be a very helpful tool. I'm an INFJ, and learning about it has helped me tremendously.
Just keep in mind that the online tests are not super accurate. It's not a bad starting point, and can give you a good overview of each type. But true Meyers Briggs is based on the " 8 Coginitive Functions ".
Once you learn those 8 functions, MBTI makes so much more sense, like you wouldn't believe!
For instance, being an " I " type doesn't necessarily mean you like being alone, and being an " E " doesn't necessarily mean you like being around people. There is some truth to that, but those letters actually mean something different. Again, the online test is a great starting point, but true MBTI goes even deeper.
Absolutely but they find it hard to type me which makes sense since I am a hybrid of a hybrid. I'm an INFJ formally, and I can type myself as such. But I also have a ton of INTP traits so thats how others often perceive me. That makes the tests fluctuate between INFJ-INTP and INFP. But if I manually type myself its evident its the INFJ that defines who I truly am.
Romantically that also lines up, I am most attracted to ENFJ's and INFJ's.
Yours seems so interesting, I understand what you mean about different trait, In most part I am an INFP but I have some traits of an INTJ something that don't sound normal but it on depends on what I need to do
Its very fun and reasonably easy to manually type my personality.
I - While I can act extroverted I need space to myself to recharge, E's need people around them to recharge. Its very evident when your in a relationship with an E, they need you to feel good again while I need space to feel good again. If both feel bad at the same its usually better if the I just takes space and the E self sacrefises because otherwise the I doesn't have the strength to cheer the E back up.
N - I am highly intuitive but lack a good memory. So I rely mostly on my intuition, less on observation and memory.
F/T - Its really a hybrid, I rely mostly on my logic with feelings being advisory which is what makes me lean towards an INTP. But I also have that NFJ telepathy that people mention (Yes thats a real thing) so I rely on my telepathy as well in specific cases. So depending on the circumstance both F and T is used, depending if I need my empathy or my logic.
J/P - I have internal thinking but feel other people's feelings. So I rely solely on my own logic, not so much on the opinions of others but I do feel what they are going trough with strong empathy. I maximize my winning strategies making me a J and I think trough all the complex combinations. But simultaneously once I begin acting I make it up as I go. I don't actually plan ahead, I just imagine the best possible route to move and let things flow from there.
So because my F and J are pretty balanced with the other types you end up getting that mixed hybrid result. But if you look at the actual traits of the personality types INFJ describes me well, as I rely mostly on my internal logic and strategizing, and mostly on feeling the world around me rather than how I am feeling.
I'm an INFJ 😂
@butterly248 me too hi 👋 lol

I am an infp too, I've taken the test many times and it's always the same. It's the most accurate test in my opinion.
Hi 😊
Hello there :)
What in blazes are you in to? Have no idea what it even is.
Thank you @sawno I couldn't link it
i was an İNTJ but a couple of days ago i did the test again and i look like an ENTP right now?
That can happen, just understand the meaning of INTJ type an ENTP and take the most accurate
P stand for perception, People with The Perceiving preference wants things to be flexible and spontaneous.
This "test" is pseudo-scientific nonsense made to sell questionable self-help courses or magazines and is completely ignored among mental health specialists.
Also an INFP 😊
Hello INFP friend 🥰
It is just modern astrology. None of it means a damned thing.
According to my studies, I'm ISFJ. Socially Introverted. People pleaser.
ISTJ all the way - so there! :P
i always get estp or istp
I’m an INTP.. Well it’s not wrong
Just what the fuck are you on about?
Mine is ISTP.
ENTP, I have no idea what that means
Extraverted
Intuitive
Thinking
Perceiving
@MustangGirl01 is that bad or good
Not at all
People with the ENTP personality type are often described as innovative, clever, and expressive. ENTPs are also known for being idea-oriented, which is why this personality type has been described as "the innovator," "the visionary," and "the debater."
Either or. It’s not meaning bad or good. It’s just the personality. We’ve all got good and bad traits.
It's essentially a 4 letter code that is telling you the functions that make up the type. So in this case it's...
1) Extraverted Intuition
2) Introverted Thinking
3) Extraverted Feeling
4) Introverted Sensing
That list is gonna be different for each of the 16 types.
I'm an INFJ, so for me it's...
1) Introverted Intuition
2) Extraverted Feeling
3) Introverted Thinking
4) Extraverted Sensing
INFJ-T
What's That?
Oh these personality things, I'll pass
