My calendar. Possibly my socks.

I prefer not to start changing on January 1st. So from the middle of the month I'm cutting out starchy carbohydrates. It should give me a change by the middle of February.

  I'm serious about dropping carbs though. I'm diabetic and artificial sweetener makes me sick so I'm considering going off grid with my own cow or goats for milk and meat and taking everything processed out of my diet. Can't make things worse - except with my wife!
