Why are people getting more evil?

Question

I'm wondering I know this is trouble times but I don't understand why people are becoming my seriously coldhearted. I noticed how selfish everyone has become. People have no mercy these days either. One example I seen people bully others to the point of suicide.

I'm going to disagree with everyone. Yeah, the 70s and 80s sucked, the 90s had jobs exported en-masse and finished with columbine, the naughties had 9/11 and were then spent focusing on blowing up OTHER people, Sandy Hook... more and more mass school-shootings, housing market crash, the 20-teens... We had Baltimore riots, Eiffel Tower bombings, Boston Marathon bombings, rampant heroine abuse (in my area), and then 2020s... I haven't left the house because of COVID, semi-automatic gunfire outside my house, neighbors dying from drug doses, fireworks every weekend (as if I'm not already twitchy enough)... I have gone full agoraphobe.

Perhaps all that didn't happen all at once, but it sure FEELS like it's a snowball gaining momentum, and these days I keep my head pretty well in the sand, yet it feels like every day there's something major and closing in on me, even when I choose not to look...

This world is out of control. People are just losing their minds. No one cares anymore just themselves because that's how society is. No one helps anyone. I'm a christan myself and believe the devil is hard at work.

It's always happened, kiddo. In fact there is actually LESS evil and crime around today than in the past.

But instead you are constantly bombarded with "news". Whereas before you would have to wait 24-48 hours for the newspaper or radio instead. You are made to feel things are happening at breakneck speed, and everywhere - when they are not. Too happy people are not hard working people.

If ever you feel in doubt, kiddo. Just remember, only enough news happens every day to fit into a segment.

You'll soon realise most of it is bullshit and narrative shaping, not actual news.

This site is a good example. "SOCIAL MEDIA"! We as a society are engineering face to face genuine human interaction out of every day life. As a result people have become the star in the movie called their "LIFE". And everything revolves around that. As a result when people are forced to interact with eachother they don't know how to do it. They interviewed one of the execs of Facebook and he even said "we got this wrong" that "Facebook was a toll that was designed to bring people together. But the result has actually done the opposite".

This is a fallen world so the more they stray away from Jesus, the worse things will get. Then you also have the COVID shots which delete the empathy gene and evil. Millions took those shots so that can be the outcome. But I've seen personality transformations occur in those that took it (that became evil), just from reading scripture!

We are enslaved by our employment so we just get enough to get by but enough for a decent homelife let alone our larger community to build happiness.

They aren't. The media is just highlighting it more. I assure you if the media could go back in time and cover the dark ages, you would think the world today was populated entirely by angels.
