I'm a tall skinny white kid with glasses who in 7th grade watched a girl beaten to a bloody pulp carried out in a stretcher by police on my Jr High School campus. I have spent a great deal of time in red zones amongst pyru. Automatically I'm labeled as a geeky intellectual. My Jr High memories on the playground was being shived by Mexican gang bangers and spit on by blacks because I was born in to the time of integration in Los Angeles. The first generation of children taking their parents hatred out on me. I know full well what discrimination feels like but unfortunately not the stereotyped way.

Yep, for as long as I can remember. Even when I put on the "mask" people could always tell I'm a little weird 😂 The way I see it, there isn't much point to life past being judged. May as well just try my best and trust God to use my heart to tell me how I'm doing.

I don't really have any regrets so I that's probably a good sign.

Sometimes, but not nearly as much now that I'm away from family and past connections and in a generally safer area.

Don't judge without knowing the whole story, but also don't judge just because the story is different from yours, you don't understand it, or you just don't like it. You don't have to like someone just to not be a jerk to them.

Everyone gets some level of judgement from what we do and what we say. There is no ‘what you were born to be’, we have a level of self discovery and self worth that we use to decide the route we take, for some they decide early and steer that route, other hop around making various decisions and changing goals and careers.

Sure. Doesn't bother me. Racists call me a slave owner simply because I am white. Women have called me creepy simply because I am a man. Shitty people are shitty and over the course of my life I learned that those who freely say their red flags are miserable and they deserve the awful life they have. The less you let them effect you the shittier their life becomes.

Yeah, we all get judged in some way, shape, or form for either being different and standing out or for someone who just blends in trying to not to get noticed but tries too hard and therefore makes themselves even more noticeable. I get judged for being awesome but I'm cool with it 😎
