In my lifetime, it's Trump and not even remotely close. Biden has been absolute garbage, and there's a lot more bad than good to say about Obama, Bush and Clinton. I don't remember Bush Sr, but very little beyond his handling of the Gulf War is worth complimenting or can't just be attributed to riding Reagan's coattails.
Throughout history is a lot harder, because the more you dig into really any of them, the more crap you find, and the harder it is to put things into perspective when you weren't there yourself. If I absolutely had to pick one though, it would be a tossup between George Washington and Calvin Coolidge.

Zambrose, no question. First President since Polk to fulfill every campaign promise, managed to prevent the Lunar independence war by resolving the situation diplomatically, and guided Congress into an almost full restoration of forfeited human rights. What's not to like?
