Is the Constitution little more than a piece of paper because generally there is no means of enforcement and seldom any penalty for violating it?

"A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution."
US Senator JD Vance just said "I think that what Trump should do, like if I was giving him one piece of advice, fire every single mid-level bureaucrat, every civil servant in the administrative state, replace them with our people, and when the courts, because you will get taken to court, and then when the courts stop you, stand before the country like Andrew Jackson did and say the Chief Justice has made his ruling, now let him enforce it."
From a practical standpoint, the only law that matters is "Might makes Right".
I can agree with and support idealized concepts like those enshrined in the Constitution or Declaration of Independence, but at the end of the day none of it matters unless you're willing and able to use force to enact and defend whatever principles you hold.

First, that quote (which GaG may have automatically generated for you) is false.

Second, there are some pretty severe consequences for violating somebody’s civil rights under the US Constitution. It happens regularly. Then, depending on the specific right violated there are a variety of consequences from fines to imprisonment to censure. Now, having said that, no system is perfect and not all constitutional violations get the same level of swift consequences. A violation of your right to free speech under the First Amendment won’t likely solicit as quick a response as a violation of your Civil Rights Under Title VII (Racial Discrimination) or under the Fourth Amendment.
The FBI actually has specific agents to investigate these Civil Rights violations.
It's the duty of the Attorneys General, DA's and judges to uphold the Constitution and laws. The problem is that after they are sworn in and promise to do so, the left wing ones immediately ignore the laws, and our rights, and just follow their own personal ideology.
Money is just a piece of paper. Bitcoin violates it. A deer might eat it. Nothing exists unless we say it does as a collective and only to the extent that we make it exist. Like magic, ta da! What can 10 billion people do? Anything they want. What do 10 billion people actually do? Nothing they want. Consider how pathetic that is. The world isn't ruled by a tiny minority of tyrants, it is ruled by a large majority of cowards.
The Second Amendment was designed to defend and, when necessary, enforce it. Coming soon here in the USA.
A piece of paper is only as good as what it represents. Just like a college diploma or a deed to property. Without contract law, we'd all be living in mud huts.
When we have public officials that ignore it and a deot of justice that allows it it really does become just a piece of paper.
It was a grand idea upon conception.
It’s never been supported as intended I fear.
Politicians are too busy trying to make up meanings of what the writers actually meant. That they can’t take it for face value!
Unfortunately the Constitution seems to lose power and meaning every year. The laws existing today would be unrecognizable to the writers of the constitution
The constitution is the base of living together and any politics can be kegetimate only if it is along to the constitution.
It’s the basis for the American experiment and the longest enduring constitution in the world. Not bad for a piece of paper
indeed
it is
But the meaning is important
He said that what a jackass☹️
