Have you ever been arrested for a misdemeanor? How long was your court process? Was it resolved by the time of arraignment?

Yeah. Charges were dropped because cops were just making up charges to cover for a mistake, though.

Oh, I was arrested for the first time bashing in my neighbors car side mirrors.
Criminal Damage under $500.

Not really expecting much to happen outside of fines/damages.. and perhaps ill get probation at most (maybe?)

But it was an eye opening experience that my mental health had completely fell apart..
hired a defense attorney before arraignment.
hopefully it goes by fast, is relatively painless, and my neighbor and I can eventually move on from it.

No, just threatened. I posted a YouTube video of the event and sent it to the cops. They begged me to take it down. Yeahhhhhhhhhh not so much.
