The East African Honey Bee (aka Killer bees), genetically modified and released into the wild accidentally 70 years ago, are a big problem. Attempts have been made to eradicate them, and to stop their northward migration. All have failed.
If we had the magic gun to eradicate a species, they would be a good choice.

As a natural resources guy, my answer should be NONE, but we lose so many species everyday, losing one more won't kill us.
Praying Mantises. Those things are so freaky. If I can't wipe them out, I would at least take away their ability to fly

  huh? what species went instinct in last 2 years? from jan. 2022 til now? none!
  it took 500 years to lose 150! species.
  and species is a bad example anyway as i wrote about hawk eagle and crane.

  @strateguy632 Are you insane? There are species going extinct every day, some we've even discovered. Every day, 150 species may become extinct.
  There are approximately three disappearing per hour, resulting in 72 species to become extinct in a single day.
