It is the first segment of the program, however, for those that don't want to watch. The FBI authorized deadly force on their Mar a Lago raid, even if they encountered Trump or his Secret Service detail. All to recover documents. Documents that they then added classified coversheets to for their infamous photo op. Documents that many previous Presidents have kept, as well as a Vice President and Secretary of State.

You're making leaps that the FBI did what you accused them of. That said, what evidence is there to prove that to be absolutely true? I'm always up learn something new that I can't find on my own.

I'm reading into your claim, there have been many fact checks suggesting otherwise. Taking trump on his word alone isn't enough evidence.

Just 3 examples to refute the claims took me 10 seconds to find and 10 min to read them all completely.

Right wing news sites seem to be headlining Trump's claim that they did authorize deadly force without the explanation of what that really meant and how he isn't accurate in his explanation alone. I wonder if you think that's responsible journalism.

I read through your links, since you were willing to watch mine. But the problem is that my video link didn't even reference what Trump said; but the actual documents. Whereas your links use Garland as the source of refutement. Which is on par with using Trump's statements. Whether it is normal or not to authorize the use of deadly force in executing a warrant. It is not normal to authorize it against another government agent engaged in their lawful duties. Nevermind why we are authorizing the use of deadly force in the execution of warrants in cases that are non violent misdemeanors? Especially when we often restricted our military when they were policing Iraq and Afghanistan from using deadly force.

As for your decision to stop debating, that seems a bit premature. You couldn't wait to see if I matched your new found engagement? I am more than willing to accept that I am wrong; but you won't find it to be given just because you make a point. It seems rather one sided to say that your sources are unimpeachable; yet mine are. Especially when the issue you have with mine doesn't exist in my source.

That's where we disagree. It wasn't in his lawful duties to have access to these documents when he left the Whitehouse. We can agree to be in two different realities. That's why he was indicated by a jury of his peers.

I was talking about the Secret Service agents. Plus the President has the authority to declassify anything he wants to. After he leaves office he doesn't have that authority, but as he leaves it is still part of his per view. Much like his ability to issue pardons and appoint judges as he goes out the door.

I'm not sure what point you're making now but he isn't indicted because of a conspiracy lol. Everything with him isn't a conspiracy against him either. To spare me from having to spoon feed you the indictment and ask you to read the entire document do you know why he was indicated for mishandling classified documents?

I'll give it anyway to make it easy. You're saying he was in the right to take these documents and mishandle them the way he did and have access to things like nuclear secrets in say a drawer in his office and share it with random people.

If you want to read this article briefly explains why he was indicted and unless you think a president or ex president has the right to put our national security at risk i just don't know what to say.

If you want to and haven't read the entire indictment and realize yes he's innocent until proven guilty, and he deserves that, but there is very clear legal reasons why he was indicated by again.. a jury of his peers that were introduced actual evidence showing there's a reason to bring him on these federal charges.

You mean the point I have been harping on since I posted this question, that the FBI had authorized deadly force to specifically to include Secret Service agents, is the one point you can't understand at all?

I am not try to promote some conspiracy theory. The Trump document case hinges on whether the President has to officially declare documents declassified or if when he takes documents with him on his exit they are defacto declassified. Besides the first conspiracy theorist was Eisenhower when he was still in office. So if you think that I am one; then I am in good company.

Also Trump wasn't indicted by a jury; but by a grand jury. And as the saying goes a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich. As the prosecution is the only side that presents evidence in a grand jury.

My whole point of talking about the charges against him is that the government doesn't issue warrants and conduct raids for documents. Pence and Biden, who were only Vice Presidents (which is significant as they don't have declassification authority) when they took their documents; only faced a subpoena. Something that wasn't attempted with Trump.

Nevermind this all comes from the National Archives. An agency that doesn't have policing authority; as well as, the fact that they already had access to the documents in question.

The national archives didn't send their people to raid mar a Lago. They requested back the documents he wasn't allowed to have and they issue is what he had and that it wasn't declassified. Also he refuses to give them back.

He also didn't secure them. Hence mishandling claim as well. This is ridiculous. You can have the last word I won't be responding anymore.

I understand your point and I'm saying that's standard protocol for them as the FBI explained. You don't want to get raided then don't break the law it's that simple. If he is found not guilty then good for him and he should be able to sue the government. I'm ok with this but evidence was there to indict him which means there's definitely a loop hole in that his hands aren't clean. If they were he wouldn't be where he is because there wouldbt be any evidence he broke the law. You don't want nuclear secrets secured? Go to Russia because they'd love for you to work for them.
