Biden isn't really lying. He has late stage dementia and in his mind he really is a black woman and Trump is his vice president. He also believes he was an airline pilot, a truck driver and a train engineer. During the press conference he said he talked to the commander-in-chief. He never elaborated on who that might be, but I would be interested to know. My first guess would be Putin, but he's busy being the president of Ukraine.
