They certainly can. They have been the Govt leaders in the UK, India, Israel, Argentina, etc, etc.

Yes, of course a woman can rule a country, there are lots of examples.
15 most powerful women in history
Zenobia (queen of the Palmyrene Empire in Syria)

I don’t know why a woman couldn’t do just as well as a man. Both genders basically just need to work hard and have good motivations and planning, right?
We don’t exactly have a good example trying to run right now, but everyone is different.

I think they could rule, if they wanted. It would take a special woman to do it well, of course, but it also takes special man to rule well.

In the UK we've had multiple successful female leaders.
Margaret Thatcher, Queen Victoria, and Queen Elisabeth II are all good examples.

  @strateguy632 Argentina invaded, they thought that even if we'd send troops they would arrive in weeks and by then the falklands would be long under thier control, instead we got there in under two days. we kicked their assess so hard it took them decades to recover and we got our island back in no time. so yes we actually did handle it very well
