Is America in complete decline from mid 2020s onwards?

I sort of wonder that, and I'm not even wondering that hard since I'm a non American and the only reason American things matter to me at all is global stock market, world's major currency, and American pop culture slash Hollywood movies slash food or products or tech lol aka google and Microsoft. Yet I just sort of wonder, regardless who wins the 2024 presidential election, I just wonder feelings wise - is America in complete decline from 2025 onwards? After all, I feel like a pop culture change certainly came about in the United States from the 2000 onwards (you know, internet, technology, all from 2000)

America is not declining it is divided... the thing is it seems like it's declining because others are rising up. The United States has forgotten how to compete in a multipolar world... both parties are too busy chanting we are number one to do anything about it
