Why doesn't China say the land ultimatum now?

A few months ago, I saw a YouTube video, china complained about past treaties.

Now i was checking why the west sanctions didn't topple russia, due to china buying russia oil. At much lower prices ! but still money entered russia due to oil exports.

We all know gasoline petrol exports were forbidden in Russia , for a short time, indicating ukraine success in damaging enough Russian refinery , to make real trouble, but still oil sold export to china.

Therefore if i was xi china , NOW is when i can tell russia ULTIMATUM "i can buy oil from saudi but you need me, desperate for your war budget! , so i wil lessen my oil buying unless you russia give us our land, just what was ours, historical china in east asia coast.

MAYBE JUST MING coast BUT

Maybe even manchu border. See picture below.

If russia said we need Vladivostok port, n railroad to it, i can compromise "i will let you USE , OUR port just unload train at new border, your russia ships can continue from our port" now is when russia is weak n desperate.

China does not want war in their doorstep. The lower the price of oil is the lower Russia has to sell its oil/gas. It's not just oil/gas but China can exploit Russian resources and manufactured products bought low because of the west's trade embargos as Russia has no one but China or India to sell while at the same time export Chinese products at a high price. So it's Win Win for China in regards to this war and the longer it continues the weaker Russia gets and the more likely China is to get lost Chinese territory back from the Russians and possibly more if Russia ends up breaking up into smaller states. In short China is playing a long strategic game, they may even move Chinese immigrants in there to make it easier.

The Russians may get so desperate that they actually sell it back to China for very little much like the British in WW2 sold off the empire for 50 old us navy destroyers.
