Are you Americans early voted yet?

Apparently there's some American states who already start early voting, I read somewhere in the news days ago global news - so are you from a state where you've already voted if so if there is that law or in your state law? 2024 pres election

I never vote early. I vote on election day, when it's the correct time to vote. Those who vote early are lazy. What if something happens the day before election day that would change your mind, but you voted early and are stuck with that vote.

I don't understand why early voting even exists. It costs the taxpayers more money to support early voting than the cost on election day. Why is that done? Is that fiscally responsible?

If a person cannot take the time to vote on election day, maybe they shouldn't be voting.

Regardless of "who" you vote for AviatorTom, can I ask: regardless of politics or achievements or lack of or excelled of. When you as an American look at four years of 'retiring' President Joe Biden - who's 81 going on 82 - are you satisfied that the elderly man has really given value aka he's continued working so to speak long after the I imagine the legal retirement age in America which I assume would be 60s versus he's a guy who's kept working into his 80s - I mean the Americans y'all have really worked the old man from his VP years to his Presidency years to get the most 'value out of the aging man' as opposed to him just earning and wanting a pension when he could've retired on the very day he turned whatever retirement age under US laws

Just a curious question no one seems to raise or ask - "do y'all appreciate the old man statesman for working long past the retirement age' regardless of performance or policies - :) ❓ that is the question mmm 😋

@paledreams If you go back and look at many of my posts from earlier this year, back when it looked like it would be Biden vs Trump, I made it clear that I was hoping for new blood, younger blood, younger and newer ideas in the 2024 Presidential election. My exact words "Joe and Donald should be enjoying their retirement".

FYI... there is no mandatory retirement age in the US. The full amount of Social Security can be collected at 67, which would be considered the typical retirement age. Some people retire (i. e.-stop working) before that, some after.

So using 67 age as the example - further thoughts? As President Biden enters his remaining months of his presidency, shouldn't Americans and the world of the west be more appreciative and acknowledging that the man is 80s+ and for the last four years (and prior to that 2009-2017) has been working when he could've retired at 67? He was about 77/78 when he became president in 2021

And has been working day in day in day out for the last four years at the very old 77-81 age bracket almost 82 - I mean it's really quite an achievement and how far modern living has come you know , even Ronald wasn't still in office in the 1980s as his term ended - Biden our dear Biden far far older

Age differences then and now that Biden is far the oldest active President in USA :) very impressive even for us to be living through
