If the BRICS ever agree on a BRICS currency, will that lead to the collapse of the dollar, and/or the loss of the dollar as the reserve currency?

No. There is no such thing as "A" reserve currency. There are dozens of them. Pretty much every major currency is held in reserve.
The US dollar won't collapse unless the US economy itself collapses. That could happen, and it's certainly not as strong as in the past, but it's still a very strong economy with large amounts of trade.
We've got enough of our own problems. I don't think BRICS have a real shot at a different currency, North Korea, China, Russia don't really trust each other at all. They don't have shared values, only have a common enemy. It's like an 1980's school where you have jocks, nerds and goths all upset at the same principal.
Probably yes

The Dollar might as easily go down to bit coin , or the Euro. Just because more and more of the world now sees it as a threat to their interest given how it is weaponized doesn't mean their particular solution is the only option.
They simply have to pick a solution and make it popular, and once it proves it is stable it will compete with the dollar.
No, that is literaly imposible. The BRICS economy is unsustanable and 100% depanding of China. BRICS may look like an "EVILE NATO" but in reality is just a group of nation controled by China and this group had been enstablish it by Russia whitch is now a slave of China.
China will not change theyr curency to get unstable by way more corupted countrys then itself.
So no.
Keep dreamping your Putin leader propaganda.
NATO is untoucheble.
No way in hell China is going to give up their currency, and there's no way in hell India will accept China's currency instead of theirs, so it ain't gonna happen.
They won’t, but in principle, probably yeah. The new BRIC buck would rapidly become a reserve currency for any country with significant BRIC trade.
I am hoping that things in America will get better economically.
More likely a basket of currencies
