I remember Joe Biden's plagiarism back in his 1988 campaign. What was really striking about that incident was not that he plagiarized, but WHO and WHAT he plagiarized. The UK Labour Party of Neil Kinnock (pre Tony Blair) was out-and-out Communist. Post Tony Blair they seem to have reverted to that again, but I digress.
