Good for mental health. I also don’t use it too much. I post maybe once a year or less. I use YouTube and Gag regularly for entertainment. Since I’m an introvert, it helps me socialise a bit

Too much anxiety for too little reason at times, and this is from a guy who rarely posts pictures or anything like that.
