Are you betting on the election?

Question

Certain places have a place where you can bet, Robinhood is one of them, I think for trump it's 56 cents per, for kamala its 44 cents per, last time i checked, if your candidate wins you get a dollar per, so there's an opportunity for the ones that don't know, if you are feeling confident of course.

Not really, but I think that investing in crypto is essentially betting on Trump winning the election. Though if Kamala loses, I would consider buying up her winning bets on Robinhood. Since it doesn't pay out until the inauguration; so if she loses the election those shares will crater to almost 0¢ (probably 1 or 2¢). Then if she talks about not certifying the election; it could rise back up to 30 or 40¢ before it pays out on inauguration day. I don't think that she will have enough will power to not certify her loss; but I do think that she will at least openly consider it if she loses. Granted it might not happen this way; but it would be a nice little payday if you invest a small amount you can afford to lose; and it plays out this way. I'm not a betting person. If I were, the only bet I would make is the over-under on when we would know who won the 2024 US Presidential election. I'd take the over, more than 5 days after election day.
