Polls are only as good as the people that run them. Most are slanted towards one party or another. Any poll run by the NY Times, WAPO, any of the 3 networks or a liberal college are usually biased towards the democrats. In this election cycle there have been a lot of Republicans voting early and a lot of Republicans that enrolled as Republicans for the first time. Democrats have lost membership in some battleground states. Election Day is traditionally dominated by Republicans. We will have to see after that how many manufactured votes are counted after that. Some states have said that it will take 4 or 5 days to count the mail in ballots. Thst is a long time to run a scam. Hopefully the RNC has something in place to mitigate cheating. It will be a real nail biter.

Polls are often wrong... people have learned how to spoof polls.

You see, the science of polls is based on probability involving a bag with a collection of colored balls inside. When a ball is drawn from the bag, it's color is determined, and it never changes color. The problem with polls is the there are people in the theoretical bag.
