This election I support Trump and I hope his voters turn up after he took a bullet for them. Its very obvious that Kamala has no standpoints of her own and is being handed what to say or do so thats an establishment candidate.

Trump meanwhile has multiple things I am excited about if the promises are kept. First regardless of promises I trust him on the economy, the democrats are dishonest that he did a bad job just because the world was dealing with a world wide disaster. But things were economically good under Trump and have gotten very bad under the democrats mostly due to the bad energy policy but also other factors.

Then you have RFK on healthcare who wants to reform the food legislations to bring you in line with Europe. Here we have far less obese people because certain bad things in our food are banned here. Stuff like high fructose corn syrup they are not allowed to use. So you will be able to eat healthier food. They also want him to investigate stuff like the JFK assasin attempt and I like that.

Then I also like the idea of getting Elon to shrink the government and cut on useless organizations. The man has a track record with Twitter which now operates succesfully with only a fraction of the staff and a shrink in government is very much overdue.

Last but definitely not least I trust them to want to do something about the very insecure election system so that elections are more fair in the future. Meanwhile the democrats keep moving to make it more insecure by removing things like ID verification.

And then there are of course the usual things where republicans are better such as gun control, freedom of speech, etc.

@katiesmuff we don't have a functional military at all, if Russia had that intent and it was not a collective defense we'd be screwed. But I don't believe Russia has this intent and I also don't believe Trump would permanently leave Nato. Trump uses this as a bluff to get the other countries to pay up, it happened the same in his last presidency they paid up so the stayed in NATO.

@katiesmuff I will be correct, there is some history to it to. There is one thing america traditionally can not have and that's an allegiance between Europe and Russia. Together Europe and Russia are a force to be reckoned with which would be very bad for the US, so its in their best interest to keep Europe under control. They won't just forsake us because it will have devastating effects on their own economy and world power especially since Russia is on better terms with China currently. It would make it 3 versus 1.
