In some states, they don't have rights to an abortion. (Yes, some men and nb people also don't have this right, so it's not exclusively a women's issue.) This is a big one right now because it's Healthcare and was already fought for and won and has been a significant improvement for years before suddenly being taken away again.

In some states, they don't have the right to be topless either in public or potentially in the privacy of their own home. (This can also apply to non-women.)

Nationally, they don't have the right to register for the draft. (I don't think anyone should have to register for the draft, but I know some women want to just like some men do, and yet they are not allowed.)

Nationally, they don't have their rights established within the constitution. Only men do. This leaves women's (and others') rights at higher risk/ease of being stripped away again (for example: abortion) since they are less robustly founded in our law.

It's illegal to pay women less for the same work. And with all things balanced, women earn the same as men. But also, statistically, have way more money, considering child support, alimony, gov assistance, unregistered tips, etc... So this isn't a rights issue, and is still disproportionately in favor of women anyway.

Woman have reproductive autonomy, but some limitations on when she can terminate the couple's baby. And the male has zero input whatsoever. But can be forced into 18-21 years of labor to care for it, even if she raped him or stole his sperm. This is disproportionately in favor of women.

Affordable childcare and paid family leave have nothing to do with sex. Women get better deals, on average, with the latter though. So, neutral or disproportionately in favor of women.

Men get WORSE outcomes with protection from DV and SA than women get. This is objectively true and you don't have a single metric to show women get worse treatment than men from the justice system. So, again, disproportionately in favor of women.
