It can happen, it won't, unless there's some way, he can do it without the way other amendments are passed. So, the way it works is that it needs to pass both chambers of congress and the president and be voted on by the states. Even though Trump won the election, judging by the "can I change my vote" google searches, letting him stay longer won't be passed by enough states. I also think it needs a 2/3 majority in the states which makes it even less likely, because even if all the states that went red stayed with the GOP on this abolition of the term limit it wouldn't be a 2/3 majority.
