And the worst of it won't fall on the hated "coastal elite". They may be unhappy with the actions of a Trump administration, but they have enough money to be mostly unaffected. They have health insurance, income to withstand the consequences of Trump's proposed tariffs, and the means to move abroad if they choose. The working class is going to be severely affected by the proposed cuts to social services, and the price increases due to the tariffs.
