If my current belief is way better than the alternative belief, then yes I'm scared to be wrong. But if my belief is way worse than the alternative, then I really wish I WOULD get proved wrong. Lol..

I wouldn't say it's a "fear", but I HATE it, because I always end up getting angry because it makes me feel like an idiot. I'm the kind of person who will keep arguing and looking for "proof", even if I know I'm wrong.

No. Quite the opposite. It's not only a good point to talk over but a good thing to kill you over if you're wrong in "proving" your point.
