Is college worse or better than high school?

Is college more cliquey or is high school? Is it easier to make friends in college than it is in high school? In what other ways is college better, or worse, than high school in terms of socializing and interacting?

High school was awesome. College is awesome. I guess better since I'm experiencing it now.

Is college more cliquey or is high school? Just as cliquey in most places except the cliques don't have the same level of power/status

Better- sororities, fraternies, parties

Worse- classroom...in HS you can socialize and interact in the classes but college you really are there to learn

For me it was the opposite, I worked pretty hard in high school, then went to university and ... skipped 80% of my classes.

I just slack off in class because most of it's easy well to me...class says advanced but it's a breeze for me

I can't really skip whenever I want my state has attendance policy even for universities

High school is more cliquey. College isn't because just about everyone there is more mature than the high school teens. In high school, there are so many things going on at once and too many people trying to be better than others. Yes, you will always have that group who is a total you know what to everyone, but it isn't to the point of high school and it isn't near as many. Plus, it's not so much gossiping because by then, a lot of people are just confrontational instead of whispering behind one's back. :) Take care!

College is way better than high school. Totally less cliquey. It have been very easy for me to make friends in college. You have more freedom.

College is way better than high school..high school is a joke...its easier to make friends in college its just like real life not like your in a school

plus you have a lot more freedom - it's much better.
