Half the British Army and Royal Navy (soldiers, sailors, and officers) in the 1700s and early 1800s, were either Irish or Scottish.

And I see many Irish who willingly kiss England's ass.

This isn't 1700. Irish people live and work throughout the UK and like everyone else they just want to get on with their own lives.
As for joining the navy/army back then it provided a good wage. Huge numbers also came over to Britain to work in the mining industry.

No, I believe they were forced to join the British army. A lot of them were also laborers and extremely poor, so soldiering provided some kind of career prospects to them, with a regular pay, clothing and food. This doesn't mean they had any patriotic feelings towards Britain. They did their job and they were paid and that was it. Same goes for sepoys (Indian soldiers in the British army)

Pro-British are mostly people from North Ireland.
