Why are federal workers bitching about having to show that they are working to keep their job?

I literally have to do this annually with my company... Having to name 5 accomplishments is simple. if they can't do it they dont deserve their jobs.

Dear government workers

- In the last week i have worked over 60 hours
- I have resolved nearly 300 tickets
- I have gotten 3 new certifications
- I have completed 8 projects
- I have created 150 KB (knowledge base) articles to help others resolve issues faster
- I have mentored 3 coworkers
- I have started learning a new programming language

Simple right?

Joe Biden hired more than a million government workers during his administration. Mostly so he could say that he had positive job numbers. These new hires do not really do anything and many of them "work"from home.
